Eileen McCarthy
On the 25th October 2025, sadly Eileen McCarthy aged 69, passed away peacefully in the Royal Cornwall Hospital. She was surrounded by her loved ones; her beloved husband Peter, loving daughter and son; Hayley & Jonathan, brother David, daughter-in-law Emily, dear friends Barbara and Mick. Eileen was a ray of sunshine full of warmth, kindness and laughter. Eileen dedicated her life to caring for others, she was so proud and passionate throughout her career caring for children with special needs and their families. She will be forever loved and deeply missed.
Her funeral will take place on the 26th November at 11.20am at Bradwell Crematorium, followed by a celebration of Eileen’s life at the Burgess Room at Middleport Pottery. Please join us to celebrate the wonderful life of a beautiful soul, wear a splash of colour in memory of her brightness. Family flowers only please, donations to be given to Pancreatic Cancer UK.
