Allen John Forsyth
Peacefully after a short illness on Friday 26th July 2024, Allen aged 76 years of Alsager, formerly of Ashbourne. Devoted husband of Jean, much loved dad of Stuart and Sara, a beloved father-in-law of Zoe and Sally, treasured grandad of Harry, Jade and Elijah.
Service and cremation at The Birches Crematorium CW9 7SU on Monday 12th August at 12 noon. Will all friends please meet at the crematorium.
Family flowers only but if desired a donation may be made to the UHNM Charity (Coronary Care Unit).
